VPN Prototype with Spoofing

We're looking for an experienced developer to build a Phase 1 prototype with the following features:
1. Multi-Location VPN
VPN with 3 fixed server locations
Simple UI to select and connect/disconnect
macOS support required (Windows is a plus)
2. Device Spoofing Integration
Ability to spoof device info (not just user-agent)
Example: MacBook should appear as Android device with modified RAM, storage, OS, etc.
Basic fingerprint-level spoofing for testing on sites like
3. Basic Remote IP SDK (Webshare-like Concept)
Lightweight agent that runs on another system
Agent connects to central server
Ability to route traffic through that system's IP
Basic functionality only (prototype level)
Requirements
Strong networking knowledge
Experience with VPN protocols (WireGuard/OpenVPN)
Experience with fingerprint spoofing
Secure and modular implementation
