Waiter

We are hiring an enthusiastic and hard-working Entry-Level Waiter to join our team in Multan, Pakistan.

As a Waiter you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, take food and beverage orders and serve food in a timely manner
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the restaurant or menu
• Ensure tables are properly set up with silverware, glasses, napkins, etc.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and elevate to management if needed
• Process payments accurately using POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area including wiping down tables, chairs and floors
• Assist with restocking supplies as needed
