Waking Nights Support Worker

Radis Community Care are looking for aWaking Night Support Worker to jointhe Radis Teamin Millbrook House, Soham.

Millbrook House provides 89 one and two bedroom appartments for over 55s.

Shift - EVERY SATURDAY NIGHT , plus any overtime available.

At this present time, we are unable to consider Sponsorship for this role.

About the role

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, your primary responsibility is to assist elderly individuals who are experiencing physical frailty, helping them maintain as much independence as possible. This includes supporting people we support with restricted mobility by aiding them in moving safely to dining areas for meals, communal spaces for social engagement, and back to the privacy of their own rooms when requested.
