Job Objective

To support warehouse operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth coordination of all warehouse activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Encode, update, and maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing stocks.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding deliveries, stock movements, and updates.
  • Check and verify delivery receipts, invoices, and other warehouse documents.
  • Organize and maintain proper filing of warehouse records.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to the supervisor immediately.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Preferably graduate of Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, Office Administration, or related courses.
