Job Description

Attend to job requests received through email from customers and internal departments. Update job details, prepare basic records, and maintain proper documentation. Coordinate with customers on scheduling, job progress, and general enquiries. Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Support administrative and other operational duties assigned by the team.
