Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming spare parts, count and record the spare parts received, and arrange accordingly.
  • Generate invoices for the stock received.
  • Ensure the spare parts and parts issued to the Technician are labelled and tagged properly.
  • Ensure issuance of spare parts follows the Company standard of procedure.
  • Perform pre‑stock checks and stock checking according to the stock‑take schedule given.
  • Keep the store area, cabinets, and shelves tidy and clean at all times.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of working experience as Warehouse Coordinator or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
