What You'll Be Doing

As a Warranty Admin Assistant (Distribution) , you'll be reviewing and validating dealer warranty claims while ensuring compliance, accurate payments, and smooth coordination with dealers and the manufacturer.

• Review and process warranty claims from authorized dealers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with warranty policies
• Check repair documents, parts usage, labour operations, and causal parts to confirm claim eligibility
• Identify incorrect or over‑claimed submissions and follow up on corrections
• Act as the main contact between dealers and the manufacturer for all warranty‑related matters
• Guide dealers on correct claim submission, policy updates, and common rejection issues
• Ensure warranty activities follow contractual agreements, manufacturer standards, and internal controls
