IntouchCX in Metro Manila is seeking a WFM Data Science Lead to drive the data science strategy within Workforce Management. You will own the forecasting data lifecycle while optimizing datasets in Google BigQuery and developing advanced models.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience within data science, forecasting, and analytics. Strong Python and SQL skills are a must, enabling data-driven decisions and improved operational excellence.
