Tech Ladies® is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join their team in the United Arab Emirates. This role requires expertise in customer-facing positions and extensive knowledge in network security and Unix systems.

You will provide exceptional support by resolving technical issues, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining a deep understanding of Nozomi Networks product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
