As the FSQR Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining Windsor Salt's commitment to quality and safety. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Chemistry and at least two years of experience in a quality-focused manufacturing role. You will oversee laboratory results, support investigations, and lead FSQR initiatives across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI)
• Manage FSQR laboratory testing and compliance checks
• Support customer complaint investigations and corrective actions
• Conduct regular reviews of sanitation and GMP compliance
