Responsibilities

  • Installs and evaluates information technology hardware and software and troubleshoots problem areas.
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives in business processes through technology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, application development, or related technical roles
  • Proven experience working with Workday applications and configurations
  • Strong knowledge of different Workday modules such as HCM, Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking, Talent, or related areas
  • Hands‑on experience with Workday backend configuration , including:
    • Business Process Definitions (BPs)
    • Business Process Flows
    • Condition Rules
    • Security Roles and Permissions
