A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Workday Developer


Position type: Full Time, Contract (Hybrid)

Job Role: Workday Developer

Duration: 12 months

Location: Plano, TX, Charlotte, NC, Hopewell, NJ and Pennington, NJ

 Must haves:

  • End-to-end Workday implementations (not just maintenance)
  • Built integrations from scratch (not just maintained existing)
  • Full development lifecycle experience
  • Requirement gathering experience
  • Business partner interaction experience
  • Documentation maintenance
  • Deep domain expertise in at least one area (Core HCM, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, etc.)

    • Focus Areas:
  • Configuration Developer, OR Integration Developer
  • Workday Domains (any of the following):
  • HCM
  • Payroll
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Experience Level: 5+ years minimum
