Manpower Group is seeking a Workday Implementation Specialist in South Africa, Wes-Kaap. The role requires participation in client-facing Workday implementation projects, support of HCM functional areas, and understanding of HCM processes. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience with HCM systems like SAP or Oracle, and ideally hold Workday certifications. The position initially requires office presence and will transition to a hybrid working model. Strong analytical and collaboration skills are essential.
