Workday Payroll Technical Analyst

Your Team Responsibilities

We are seeking a Workday Payroll Technical Analyst to support the implementation of Workday Payroll for our UK office and provide ongoing technical ownership of the platform. This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll Operations, Finance, and HR Technology teams to design, configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Payroll solutions.

This is not a payroll processing role. Instead, the position is focused on system configuration, technical support, integrations, compliance enablement, and platform optimization to ensure scalable, compliant, and high‑performing payroll operations within Workday.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Workday Payroll for the UK, including configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll components, including earnings, deductions, taxes, pay groups, calendars, and payroll processing frameworks.
