Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading organisation seeking a Payroll Workday System Lead to oversee the ongoing support, optimisation, and governance of their Workday environment.

This role combines hands-on system administration with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the platform supports business operations while enabling data-driven decision making.

Working closely with Payroll, HR, IT, and external vendors, you’ll own system stability, enhancements, reporting, and user adoption.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide system support and guidance across Workday (HCM and related modules)
  • Manage HR master data in line with governance frameworks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, managing tickets within SLAs
