What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute scalable strategies to grow and optimize the freelancer ecosystem, ensuring readiness for both steady-state and surge hiring needs.
- Support overall external workforce planning and project staffing needs
- Oversee the full lifecycle: onboarding, deployment, engagement, performance tracking, and offboarding
- Build and manage multi-channel talent acquisition pipelines (online platforms, job boards, social media, communities, and partnerships)
- Review contractor profiles, conduct initial interviews, and assess talents for platform suitability.
- Network with workforce partners by linking with private institutions, government agencies, and associations for talent pooling
