Key Responsibilities

Workforce Management

  • Collaborate with Deployment Consultants and Talent Consultants on engagement/project staffing for assigned teams, balancing career goals, development needs, and business requirements.
  • Review open resource requirements with Delivery Teams and assess potential resources based on capabilities, experience, sector specialization, utilization, and staffing continuity.
  • Coordinate staffing assignments and maintain staff schedules using workforce planning and resource management tools.
  • Support the optimization and utilization of delivery team resources across the organization.
  • Resolve staffing conflicts and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Support deployment and onboarding processes for new hires, including assignment coordination.
