Position Summary

This position plays a key role in workforce management by coordinating effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed in a timely, efficient, organized, and safe manner, while maintaining a strong focus on quality care. It also requires effective management of staffing and other available resources to support operational goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Schedule Management
    • Support workforce management scheduling functions, ensuring the right staff are assigned to the appropriate groups and clients each day.
    • Fill shift gaps in real‑time by reallocating resources or contacting available team members, focusing on maximizing coverage for various product lines of managed services including but not limited to: Virtual Nursing, Transitional Care Services, Rounding, Virtual Sitter Companions, etc.
    • Process time‑off requests and track attendance.
