Experience hands-on workforce management as a Workforce Optimization Co-op Analyst during your Fall 2026 term. Support contact center efficiency with real-time monitoring and schedule management.
This 8-month co-op position offers a unique opportunity for students enrolled in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. You'll work closely with Intraday Analysts, learning to monitor service levels, manage schedules, and execute contingency plans. This role emphasizes analytical skills and teamwork, directly impacting customer service success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in monitoring contact center metrics in real time
• Manage intraday exceptions and communicate schedule adjustments
• Help prepare reports using Excel for performance tracking
• Provide administrative support to the Workforce Optimization team
• Participate in team meetings to improve scheduling processes
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a related post‑secondary program
