Primary Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with Business leadership to support a long- term business strategic imperatives for key people initiatives. Being a strategic people advisor, develop a strong business acumen, collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure processes and initiatives are successfully implemented and resulted effectively. Thoughtful ability to develop strategic relationships with your business partners - you influence the decisions. You can root cause issues quickly and uncover core issues using data intelligence, then consult with the business, considering the impact on the business.
