Job Description

The ideal candidate brings strong experience supporting Australia-based employees and leaders remotely, has a solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR operations, and is comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced consulting environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders across the Australian entity to ensure smooth and effective delivery of all People/HR strategic initiatives, policies, programs, and services.
  • Lead and support key HR initiatives, including performance calibration, career development, compensation cycles, succession planning, engagement surveys, and associated action plans.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on hiring, employee development, compensation, communication, engagement, employee relations, and change management initiatives.
