Job Description
Supervise a team of workforce employee to properly interpret site analytics, Capacity Planning, Forecasting and Scheduling and Real Time Management. Report directly to the Workforce Manager or Sr. Workforce Manager based on size of the assigned site/client. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise workforce personnel on executing workforce strategies with precision.
- Ensure workforce team will maintain and update local databases on a timely basis to foster accurate reporting data.
- Supervise performance management effort at site level with focus on continuous improvement.
- Make strategic recommendations to leadership team regarding process improvement opportunities.
- Act as liaison between operations and support teams to provide feedback to ensure all needs are effectively communicated with leadership team.
