  • You support Talent Development and Organizational Development in operational and strategic activities, e.g. in the introduction of a new global job architecture
  • You create job descriptions and requirement profiles
  • You assist in the implementation of our global mentoring program 
  • You will further develop RKW's training offering
  • You take over your own sub-projects

    Your strengths

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the fields of psychology, sociology, social pedagogy, or a comparable degree program
  • You have gained initial practical experience in the area of talent development / human resources development within a manufacturing company, for example through internships 
  • Enthusiasm for talent development topics
  • Enjoy working on conceptual tasks
