Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Salary: R35 000 - R50 000 per month + incentives + Benefits

This role requires a Red Seal qualified artisan with deep technical expertise who can confidently manage workshop operations while maintaining the highest quality and efficiency standards.

Min Requirements: Red Seal Mechanic qualification (non-negotiable) Proven experience as a Workshop Controller in a motor dealership Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability across vehicle systems Previous experience as a Technician, Diagnostic Technician, Senior Technician, or Foreman is highly advantageous and preferred Excellent understanding of workshop processes, efficiency, and productivity metrics BSI experience Ability to lead technicians and drive performance under pressure Valid driver's li...
