Administer and optimize the Yardi platform to ensure stable, scalable operations
Partner with finance and operations to translate business requirements into system configuration and enhancements
Provide advanced troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis across Yardi modules
Manage data integrity, user access, and system controls
Lead Yardi upgrades, patches, and testing activities
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
Assess new Yardi functionality and drive system improvements
Work with external vendors to support integrations and ongoing system performance
Profile
Strong hands‑on experience administering and optimizing the Yardi property management platform
Background in property or real estate sector, ideally in a systems, application, or technology‑focused role
Solid understanding of Yardi data structures, reporting, and database‑driven outputs
