Job Description

Core Objective

To support and engage Middle/Upper Primary students with additional needs from disadvantaged backgrounds. The role focuses on strengthening school attendance, developing socio‑emotional competencies, reinforcing learning routines, and fostering positive home‑school collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Mentoring & Support: Connect regularly with identified students over a 6-month period to build positive relationships and contribute to their holistic development.

  • In-Class Assistance: Provide academic and socio‑emotional support during curriculum hours if students struggle to integrate back to class or catch up due to absences.

  • Intervention Programming: Plan and conduct customized after‑school intervention programs on Tuesdays, including academic support, mentoring, and engagement initiatives.
