Zoho CRM – RFI/RFP Approach Proposal
Goal: Fix and upgrade Zoho CRM so it clearly tracks the full customer journey, renewals on time, engagement health, clean data, and role-based dashboards.
How we'll choose a partner:
Step 1: RFI (1 week) – Zoho experts to show how they'd design this and give rough budget/timeline.
Who we're targeting
Strategic Zoho consultants/partners (India-based/free lance preferred) who can architect and implement.
What we'll do first:
Issue a Zoho‑only RFI: Review our architecture, propose improvements, and outline a phased plan and budget.
Run a quick RFP with 3–4 finalists, asking for a small prototype of two flows before proceeding.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Projects, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Books, REST API, Third-Party Integration, CRM Development, CRM Automation, Zoho Platform, Stripe API, Stripe SDK, Zoho Desk
