Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage Zoho CRM lead lifecycle (capture → qualification → nurturing → conversion).
Design and implement lead scoring models based on behavior, demographics, and engagement.
Build and optimize automation workflows, blueprints, and assignment rules in Zoho CRM.
Set up and manage lead nurturing campaigns using Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, or Zoho Marketing Automation.
Ensure seamless integration between Zoho CRM and marketing channels (web forms, email, landing pages, phone/VOIP, etc.).
Collaborate with Sales to define MQL, SQL, and qualification criteria.
Monitor and analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Create dashboards and reports to track lead source effectiveness and nurturing ROI.
Maintain CRM data hygiene and improve user adoption through best practices.
