+ Analyze demand, supply, and shipment trends to identify opportunities and risks to order fulfillment objectives.
+ Build relationship with factories Operation team to promotes a cooperative environment.
+ Maintains reports to support performance, reflect scheduling, methods, support performance, and process procedures.
+ Capable in communicating effectively at all level in a timely manner.
+ Requires sense of business acumen. In-depth knowledge in planning and operation process to manage planning deviation and internal/ external enquiry
