Job Description We are seeking an experienced Customs Clearance Specialist to independently manage import customs clearance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of U.S. Customs procedures, classification, and documentation requirements, and be able to handle shipments from start to finish with minimal supervision. Requirements Key Responsibilities Handle full-cycle customs clearance for import shipments. Prepare, review, and submit entry documents to U.S. Customs and other government agencies. Classify products accurately using HTS codes and ensure compliance with regulations. Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve clearance issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of entries and compliance documentation. Communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve any clearance-related inquiries. Qualifications 35 years of direct experience in U.S. import customs clearance (logistics, freight forwarding, or related industry). Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classification, and entry processes. Ability to work independently and manage clearance operations without direct supervision. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
