Position Overview We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations across digital, physical, and event-based channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in fashion, branding, and marketing execution. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with campaign execution, content coordination, events, tradeshows, and brand activations while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Requirements Key Responsibilities Support execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives Coordinate marketing samples, assets, and materials for events, tradeshows, and photoshoots Assist with tradeshow and event planning, logistics, and on-site support Support digital and in-person brand activations Help create marketing materials (presentations, decks, catalogs, promotional assets) Manage and support social media content scheduling and engagement Track and report on campaign performance, web traffic, and engagement metrics Conduct basic market and competitor research Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred Willingness to support occasional travel and on-site events Benefits What We Offer Competitive salary and annual bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match/share Paid vacation and sick days Collaborative team culture and growth opportunities


Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Expertise in California labor laws and employment regulations. HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) are a strong advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems such as Paychex, BambooHR, ADP, or Workday.
