Overview
Embark on a journey to install, commission, and maintain electronic systems designed to protect people, properties, and assets. Gain knowledge about fire detection, intrusion detection, CCTV, and access control solutions. Travel to various sites, from residential to commercial and retail locations. Work with a dedicated team to develop skills toward becoming a qualified fire and security engineer.
Responsibilities
- Comply with safety legislation, codes of practice, risk assessments, method statements, safe systems of work and apply control measures.
- Complete functionality tests of systems and components during commissioning and handover.
- Apply and implement system design, planning and installations including additional components to existing systems.
