Description for Candidates:
Provide supervision, coordination, and technical assistance to Engineering Technicians in inspection, production, handling, testing, and placing Central Mix and Open-Graded Aggregates, Hot Mix Asphalt, Hydraulic Cement Concrete, and plant documentation. Provide technical support to assigned engineering program area through coordinating and supervising activities of subordinate staff.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all Construction Directives (CDs), environmental safety, EO, Materials, acceptance testing and quality directive.
