Learning Support Assistant – 1:1 SEN Support (Chelmsford, Essex)

1 Day Per Week (Tuesdays) | SEN College | Immediate Start

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a student at a specialist SEN College located in Chelmsford, Essex.

This student in particular has a love and interest hair and beauty.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide tailored support to a student with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.
· Work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to implement individual learning plans.
· Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
· Driving student to activities

Requirements:
· Previous experience working with individuals with SEN is highly desirable.
