1:1 Support Assistant – Fridays Only (Middleton)
Pay: £104-£110 per day

This is a very active role . The child enjoys running, climbing, and physical play, so the successful candidate must be physically fit, confident, and able to maintain focus and safety at all times.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day

  • Supporting the child with learning, engagement, and transitions

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation

  • Supporting outdoor play and physical activities

  • Ensuring the child’s safety, wellbeing, and emotional needs are met

  • Working closely with school staff and following guidance and routines
