Job Description
Provides general administrative support to the senior HR Head with regards to all transactional requirements for HR functions, particularly for Recruitment, HR system, Training and Development, Benefits and Helpdesk. She must also ensure proper documentation such as File 201, Disciplinary actions, Evaluations, Appraisals, Clearances and other employee database. Required to deliver standard reports as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s or College Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English and Filipino.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Computer literate.
- Preferably 1-4 years experience specialized in Human Resource or equivalent.
- With basic knowledge in the Labor Law.
- Willing to travel.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Detail-oriented.
