Essential criteria

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 2 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.
• Salesforce product knowledge, and a strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
• Experience in Data Loader, Service Cloud and other Salesforce tools.
• Experience of working with cross-functional teams and vendor partners for troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Strong documentation and technical skills.

Desirable criteria

• ITIL Foundation Certification and experience.
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
