The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has a solid understanding of medical processes and terminology.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li> <p><b>Primary Support to Clinical Staff:</b> Serve as the main point of contact and provide administrative and operational support to the clinical team.</p> </li> <li> <p><b>Liaison Role:</b> Coordinate between home health agencies, provider offices, case managers, and other care team members.</p> </li> <li> <p><b>Medical Record Review:</b> Review pediatric medical records to understand members conditions and care needs.</p> </li> <li> <p><b>Summarization for Medical Director:</b> Condense complex medical information into clear, concise summaries for review.</p> </li> <li> <p><b>Authorization Management:</b> Manage and process authorizations for pediatric shift care services.</p> </li> <li> <p><b>Time Management & Documentation:</b> Adhere to strict timelines and maintain accurate, detailed documentation.</p> </li> </ul> <p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED (required)</p> </li> <li> <p><b>Active LPN License</b> (required)</p> </li> <li> <p><b>U.S. Citizens only</b></p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in computer applications, especially <b>Microsoft Excel</b></p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with <b>electronic medical records (EMR)</b> systems</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong communication skills for interacting with providers and healthcare partners</p> </li> <li> <p>Basic understanding of <b>medical terminology</b></p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in <b>medical</b>, <b>utilization</b>, or <b>authorization management</b> preferred</p> </li> </ul>
