Job Description


• Work closely with team-mates on assigned respondents to attain surveys completion.


• Update daily report accurately to account for productivity and surveys attainment.


• Diligently input case notes into system for each respondent to allow future reference and follow up action plans. i.e. call outcome, refusal to participate in survey etc.

Job Requirements:


• At least 'A' levels qualification or equivalent.


• Able to handle objections and complaints and proficiently de-escalate these cases.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and internet usage.


• Effective team player but also an efficient individual contributor.


• Selected applicants are required to complete a training course and passed the assessment test before being deployed to operations.


• Only Singaporeans may apply.
