Job Description

Role Purpose

Executes and supports innovation initiatives in Facilities Management (FM) by assisting with the implementation of smart building technologies, centralized monitoring systems and digital transformation efforts. Focuses on improving operational efficiency, asset health and data-driven decision-making through technology adoption.

Main Accountabilities

  1. Support Implementation of Smart Building Technologies Assist in the deployment of AI-enabled systems to enhance the performance and efficiency of HVAC, lighting, and energy management.
  2. Facilitate Integration of FM Systems Support efforts to integrate key platforms (BMS, CMMS, CAFM) into centralized dashboards for streamlined monitoring and analysis.
