Job Description
Budget -Manage program budget and expenditures for authorized amount within PSEG stage gate tolerances.
Program Execution – Lead and manage programs by coordinating activities and delivery across multiple, related projects or work streams that span technology and areas. Ensures program meets schedule and scope targets.
Risk Management - (RAID Management) – Identify, develop mitigation plans, and monitor to drive timely and effective escalation and risk/issue resolution. Anticipate issues and/or complications, and respond well to time pressures. Track dependencies and risks, and assessing change impact across interdependent work streams and projects. Capture all pertinent actions and decisions.
Leadership and Oversight – Provide oversight and guidance to those managing smaller projects within specific business unit domain.
Resource Management - Work closely with internal departments to allocate the necessary resources for each project....
