1:1 Behaviour Buddy – Secondary School

Milk Education is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Liverpool to recruit a 1:1 Behaviour Buddy to support a student who requires additional behavioural and emotional support.


This is a rewarding role for someone who is patient, resilient and passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning.


The Role:


  • Providing 1:1 support to a secondary-aged pupil with behavioural needs




  • Supporting the student to remain engaged, focused and regulated during the school day




  • Implementing behaviour strategies in line with the school’s policies
