1:1 SEN Behaviour Mentor - Immediate Start - Swindon

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil who requires personalised behavioural and emotional support within a school environment. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in building positive relationships, offering consistency, and supporting the pupil to develop confidence and coping strategies both in and out of the classroom.
