Role: 1:1 Behaviour Support Assistant
Location: SEN Schools across Durham
Pay: £85–£100 per day (PAYE)
Start: ASAP
Some pupils don’t need louder voices or stricter rules. They need you.
A steady presence. A calm response. Someone who sticks with them, even on the tricky days.
We’re working with specialist SEN schools in Durham looking for Behaviour Support Assistants to provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEMH, autism, and behavioural needs.
