Milk Education is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to work in a fantastic primary school providing 1:1 support to a Reception pupil who is pre-verbal. This is a long-term role, ideal for candidates who are passionate about making a real difference in a child’s early learning journey.


Working Hours: 08:30 – 15:30, Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant 


  • Provide 1:1 support and assist in lessons and learning activities




  • Support literacy, numeracy and social development




  • Encourage emotional wellbeing and confidence in the pupil




  • Communicate effectively with teachers and school staff




  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
