School Secondary Alternative Provision
Contract: Long-term
This role involves supporting a KS4 pupil who struggles with emotional regulation and engagement in lessons. You’ll help them navigate the school day, support transitions, and use trauma-informed strategies to reduce incidents and build trust.
The focus is on relationship-building first, learning second, with plenty of support from the wider SEND and pastoral teams.
You’ll help with:
Emotional regulation and classroom routines
Building confidence and independence
Supporting learning at a pace that suits each pupil
