Responsibilities:
Work with product management, development, and other roles to understand the product, and the information needs of customers and partners
Based on the release backlog for your area of responsibility, plan the required user assistance deliverables for each development cycle
Create and update user assistance deliverables, for example in-app help, user guides, what's new information, and other documentation, according to the relevant SAP standards and guidelines
Help ensure good user experience by providing user-friendly, consistent UI texts and terminology, in close collaboration with development and other subject matter experts
Deliver the required user assistance content on time and in quality according to the release schedule
