We are seeking an experienced Oracle Eloqua Specialist to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation , campaign management, and integration with CRM systems. This role requires hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation workflows to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage Eloqua campaigns , including email marketing, lead nurturing, and segmentation.
• Configure and maintain Eloqua platform , ensuring best practices for data hygiene and compliance.
• Integrate Eloqua with CRM systems (e.g., Oracle CX, Salesforce) and other marketing tools.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, IT) to align automation strategies with business goals.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for Eloqua-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation workflows , lead scoring, and campaign orchestration.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template customization.
• Knowledge of data management , segmentation, and personalization strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM integration and API-based data exchange.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle Eloqua Certification.
• Experience with Oracle CX Marketing Suite .
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy compliance.
