This role requires hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation workflows to drive business growth.</p> <p class="x"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li class="x">Design, develop, and manage <b>Eloqua campaigns</b>, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and segmentation.</li> <li class="x">Configure and maintain <b>Eloqua platform</b>, ensuring best practices for data hygiene and compliance.</li> <li class="x">Integrate Eloqua with <b>CRM systems (e.g., Oracle CX, Salesforce)</b> and other marketing tools.</li> <li class="x">Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.</li> <li class="x">Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, IT) to align automation strategies with business goals.</li> <li class="x">Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for Eloqua-related queries.</li> </ul> <p class="x"><b>Required Skills & Qualifications:</b></p> <ul> <li class="x"><b>6+ years of experience</b> in Oracle Eloqua Marketing Automation.</li> <li class="x">Strong understanding of <b>marketing automation workflows</b>, lead scoring, and campaign orchestration.</li> <li class="x">Experience with <b>HTML, CSS, and JavaScript</b> for email template customization.</li> <li class="x">Knowledge of <b>data management</b>, segmentation, and personalization strategies.</li> <li class="x">Familiarity with <b>CRM integration</b> and API-based data exchange.</li> <li class="x">Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li> </ul> <p class="x"><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p> <ul> <li class="x">Oracle Eloqua Certification.</li> <li class="x">Experience with <b>Oracle CX Marketing Suite</b>.</li> <li class="x">Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy compliance.</li> </ul>
