I am partnered with a prestigious London-based professional body to find a proactive 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join their internal IT team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused tech enthusiast to provide high-quality support in a corporate environment, working directly under the CIO.

Job Title: 1st Line IT Support Engineer (6 Month Initial FTC)

Location: London (Office Based)

Job Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Start: ASAP

Focus: Helpdesk administration, hardware/software configuration, and user support.

Stack: Windows 11, Office 365 (Teams/Exchange), Active Directory, & Networking basics (LAN/WAN).

Supporting both on-site and remote staff.

Includes regular technical training and involvement in wider IT project work.Someone with a strong customer focus, excellent telephone manner, and the initiative to research solutions for common user issues.
